Sr IT Manager, Application Support

Responsible for the management of all technical support activities around the business applications availability, initiatives, change management and process improvement. Provides technical leadership and support of the business solutions. Leads and manages both onsite and off-sure resources. Is also responsible for license management and vendor relationships for the systems supporting.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' hands on IT management experience
  • 5+ years solid understanding of system design, database and application programming
  • Advanced Experience managing core applications that support the companies call center
  • Experience managing a budget of $1-2 million
  • Experience managing both onsite and off-sure teams
  • Bachelor Degree
